• New Members: $15
• Renewal: $12

How can you become a member of the Mantua Ohio Chapter?
Here are the steps to becoming a member of our chapter:

• Are you a Natianal HOG Member?
  To become a member of any HOG Chapter you must be a National HOG member. If you are not a current National HOG member please Become a National HOG member or Renew your National HOG membership.
• If you have a National HOG number you are ready to fill out a Chapter Membership Application.
  Once you fill out the form we encourage you to come to the next meeting to submit your chapter application. If you can not make it to the next meeting or would like to submit your application ASAP you can mail your application along with your dues to:
