Purpose:

The Mantua
H.O.G. Chapter inc is a local organization founded and sponsored by

Carlton
Harley-Davidson inc., located in Mantua
Township, Portage
County Ohio.

|
This Chapter
is formed to offer Harley Owners Group members activities on a
|
|
|
local level
with a family oriented philosophy.

Eligibility:

Any person
shall be eligible for membership in this Chapter who is

|
|
a current Member
or an Associate Member of the Harley Owners
|
|
|
|
Group,
National.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Article
IV:
|
Membership:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section
1:
|
membership
dues are $15.00 per year, pro-rated.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Renewal at
$12.00. Renewal prior to Feb 28th.
|
|
|
|
|
Section
2:
|
Members in
good standing are the only persons having voting rights.
|
|
|
Section
3:
|
The Chapter
Director votes only in the event of a tie.
|
|
|
|
|
Section
4:
|
Members who
have joined this Chapter before March 25th 1990,
|
|
|
|
and renewed
their second year at a cost of $15.00 shall be known
|
|
|
|
as a charter
member and receive the Charter Member Patch.
|
|
|
|
Section
5:
|
Children under
the age of 16, National Member or not need not
|
|
|
|
|
pay the
annual membership fee for local membership if parents
|
|
|
|
|
are in good
standing. Once they become 16, of
riding age, and a
|
|
|
|
National Member,
then local dues apply.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
